Our Products

Pika Crete offers a range of concrete products that are designed and manufactured to meet industry standards, ensuring quality and reliability.

Here’s an elaboration on each of our products, along with a list of pros and cons for each:

Standard Concrete Mixed

(10 Mpa to 40 Mpa)

Pros:

• Versatility: This concrete is suitable for a wide range of applications, from basic foundations to structural elements.

• Strength Variability: Available in a range of strengths, allowing you to choose the right mix for your specific project needs.

• Cost-Effective: Standard concrete mixes are often more affordable than specialty options.

Cons:

• Limited Reinforcement: May not be suitable for highly demanding structural applications where extremely high strength is required.

Pump Concrete Mixes

(10 Mpa to 40 Mpa)

Pros:

• Ease of Placement: Pumpable concrete is designed to be easily pumped and placed, making it ideal for projects with complex forms and hard-to-reach areas.

• Reduced Labor: Saves labor and time compared to manually placing concrete.

• Reduced Risk of Segregation: Specifically designed to minimize the risk of aggregate separation during pumping.

Cons:

• Higher Cost: Pumpable concrete mixes are typically more expensive than standard concrete due to additional additives and quality control.

Fiber Concrete

(10 Mpa to 40 Mpa)

Pros:

• Crack Resistance: The inclusion of polypropylene fibers helps reduce the risk of plastic shrinkage cracks, improving the overall durability of the concrete.

• Enhanced Durability: Fiber-reinforced concrete can withstand greater loads and environmental stresses.

• Reduced Maintenance: Requires less maintenance due to improved resistance to cracking and damage.

Cons:

• Cost: Fiber concrete tends to be more expensive than standard concrete mixes.

• Specialized Application: Best suited for projects where cracking is a significant concern, such as pavements, slabs, and certain structural elements.
